Ilan Mironovich Shor was born on 6 march 1987

In 2007 he graduated from the Cooperative Trade University of Moldova, and in 2008 from the University of European Studies of Moldova


From 2004 to 2015 he held senior management positions and was a founder of several commercial companies, including Klassica Trading International», «MOLINT GRUP», «GHERMIVALI», «IDS Grup», «DUFREMOL», «AVANTAGE», he also served as chairman of the supervisory board of the insurance company «Klassika Asigurări»


In 2014 he was a member and chairman of the supervisory board of the commercial bank «Bancă de Economii»


From 2015 to 2019 he chaired the supervisory board of «AVIA INVEST»and served as mayor of orhei municipality


Since 2024 he has been a member of the board of trustees of the autonomous non-profit organization «Eurasia»


In 2024, together with international partners, he co-founded the A7 Platform and currently serves as its chief executive officer
